A note From Christopher,
Having spent a couple of years cooking in New Orleans, I moved back home to Sonora; basically, got tired of the hot, humid and flat. It was actually the subject of discussion on whether or not to open an Italian restaurant or Cajun. As you can see we decided on the former, however,I totally fell in love with the food & music that is so culturally ingrained in that region.Now, 3 years after opening Christopher’s I am wanting & craving some of the food that I sofell in love with & am lookingforward to bringing this to you in an effort to broaden palettes & satisfy some of the requests that I have received from someof our regular clientele that have had some of my Southern cooking in the past.I hope you take advantage of this opportunity & hope to continue this annually.
